Ronald McDonald House never charges families for their stays. Instead, we rely on the kindness of friends to help cover the cost to host families – about $100 per family each night. The Adopt-a-Room program allows donors to “adopt” guest rooms in our Houses to help underwrite the cost for families to stay for one year.
Opportunities are available to adopt short-term rooms, suites, or apartments in Chapel Hill and Durham. Room sponsors are recognized on a room sign by each door. Common areas in our Houses are also available for adoption and offer community visibility for donors.
