Keeping Families Close

When a child is sick, parents will do anything to support them. Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Triangle welcomes families with hospitality, support, and lots of love – for patients and the entire family. Our mission is to create, find, and support programs that directly improve the health and well-being of children and their families.

In the Triangle area of NC, RMHC offers three residential Ronald McDonald Houses that welcome 103 families each night. RMHC also offers in-hospital Family Room programs at Duke, UNC, and WakeMed Children’s Hospitals that give parents and adult caregivers nourishment and space for rest and reflection – all within steps of a sick child’s bedside. The Raleigh Snack Stop supports UNC Hospitals Speciality Clinic families in a community setting.
