The Wishing Tree is a holiday angel-tree program to support seriously ill children and their families during the holidays. Participating groups receive ornaments to distribute to members or hang on a tree. Each ornament contains a gift needed for a child or parent, or a food or household item needed to keep RMHC programs running. When gifts are received and organized, RMHC parents “shop” in Santa’s Workshop for their sick children as well as their siblings.
In addition to relieving a financial burden for parents as they support a sick child, this heartfelt program offers meaningful holiday activity for companies, schools, and groups of all sizes.

Gifts from The Wishing Tree benefit RMHC families in Chapel Hill, Durham & Raleigh.
